Our state-of-the-art technology allows for variable geometries by incorporating a rigid, yet flexible frame with an easy to deploy stability membrane.  

 Through precise design and material optimization, the Watson Flex ®  frame is engineered to allow a patient-matched profile with sufficient rigidity to secure a wide variety of Elastic Stay retractors.  

Our stability membrane is flexible, translucent, and allows for 3-dimensional control of the frame positioning. Tried and true, the stability membrane uses the same adhesives found commonly on negative pressure wound care products.

Our product development is focused on improving patient outcomes in a safe and effective manner.  Our team has the experience to deliver this in compliance with FDA regulatory standards.

We understand that a good idea needs to be protected, with three US utility patents and more on the way, Biophyx Surgical prioritizes Intellectual Property development to produce safe, effective, and commercially viable solutions.

We believe it prudent to create solutions that fit into workflow and existing techniques. Watson Flex ®  needs little introduction, minimal training, and integrates seamlessly with the OR.
